Director’s Message

Welcome to DIST Group of Institutions, Durgapur. It gives me immense pleasure to present a brief profile of DIST Group of Institutions.

In an attempt to move away from the conventional mode of imparting education, and in order to provide students with education which might enable them to compete with students from all over India, we have laid the foundation stone of DIST Group of Institutions in 2002.

DIST Group of Institutions has undertaken a panoptic view to enfold the layers of the faded dream of innumerable juvenile hearts and recognize the embedded pearl in them in the shape of their talent, intellect and endeavor under the translucent limelight of reality so that our students may be one of the best choices to the flourishing sectors of the day.

We are ambitious of conducting Higher Secondary (+2), B.Sc., Biotechnology (Hons.), B.Sc. Biochemistry (Hons.), BBA, BCA and Hotel Management (BHM). with the intention of providing the best education to the students. Our mission is to achieve greater success in providing knowledge in skill and solution through pioneering efforts and dedicated faculty. The broad objective of DIST Group of Institutions is to impart quality education & help students to develop creative thinking, analytical aptitude & to acquire laboratory techniques both in practical fields as well as academics.

At DIST Group of Institutions, we have highly qualified, experienced & dedicated faculty, audio-visual teaching aids, state of the art infrastructure, resourceful library & modern laboratory which will enable the students to meet the varied challenging requirements.
